Awanti Villa is a 10-minute drive from Dream Land Beach and Pecatu Graha Golf Course. Nusa Dua as well as Balangan and Karma Beaches are a 15-minute drive away.
 
Each villa features both a balcony and a terrace. The kitchen comes with a stove, microwave oven and refrigerator. Guests can enjoy a relaxing soak in the bathtub of the open-concept bathroom.
